1. The present petition is filed against Shri Babaji Talaji Thakore, who has expired pending this petition and hence by order dated 16.2.2006 passed in Civil Application No. 1762 of 2006, the heirs of Babaji Talaji Thakore have been brought on record. The office had filed a Note showing that respondent No.1/1. Kankuben Babaji Thakore has also expired and hence fresh order was passed on 14.4.2012. Ms. Pathak, learned Assistant Government Pleader rightly states that late Kankuben Babaji Thakore was added as respondent No.1/1 who has expired pending this petition. However, respondent Nos.1/2 to 1/9 are legal heirs of respondent No.1/1 late Kankuben, hence, it is not necessary to file a separate application for bringing heirs of late Kankuben on record.
2. The office is directed to make necessary correction to that effect and to show respondent Nos. 1/2 to 1/9 as they stand as legal heirs and representatives of respondent No.1/1 late Kankuben Thakore. S.O. to 15.06.2012.
