(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.46 of 2009; whereby, the accused has been acquitted for the offence under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504 of Indian Penal Code read with Section 114 of Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Therefore, granted. Application disposed of accordingly.
