Heard learned advocate for the petitioner.
It is submitted that the petitioner has entered into the wedlock with daughter of the complainant and the marriage is registered as per marriage certificate dated 14.03.2012, which is produced at Annexure
- C.
Considering the above aspect, at this stage the case is made out. Issue Rule and Notice as to interim relief returnable on 4th May 2012. Mr.J. K. Shah, learned APP waives service of rule as well as notice for the respondent - State. In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph No.5(c) is granted till then. Direct service for complainant is permitted.
