State vs Jilubhai

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant for leave to prefer appeal against the judgement and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.62/08, whereby the accused have been acquitted for the offences under sections 342, 392, 397 and 114 of the IPC read with section 135(1) of the Bombay Police Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted and therefore, granted.

Application disposed of accordingly.
