JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned Advocates for the parties.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of offences registered against the respondent accused under Section 465, 467, 212 etc. of the Indian Penal Code, order of granting anticipatory bail on 11.01.2012 by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jamnagar by imposing suitable conditions including seeking remand if need be and therefore, I do not think that the Court below has passed any order contrary to the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Siddharam Stalingappa Mhetre v. State of Maharashtra & Ors. reported in [2011]1 SCC 694.
In absence of any errors, no case is made out to exercise powers under Section 439(2) of the Code. Hence, the application is devoid of merits and stands rejected. Notice discharged.
