The present matter has been placed with the office note that the learned advocates as stated in the office note have requested that appropriate order may be passed for withdrawing the appearance from the First Appeal. The letter dated 3.4.2012 is also placed on record which according to learned advocate Mr. Niraj Sharma has been received by the daughter-in-law of respondent No. 2 and she is aware. He therefore submitted that learned counsel Mr. M.D. Pandya is appearing in the matter and they may be permitted to withdraw their appearance.
Learned advocate Ms. Maya Desai has requested on behalf of learned counsel Mr. M.D. Pandya that the matter may be adjourned beyond vacation as they have conveyed to the client. Therefore, permission as prayed for withdraaln of appearance of learned advocates Ms. Sangeeta Vishen, Mr. Pranav Dave and Mr. Niraj Sharma is granted and as requested by learned advocate Ms. Maya Desai, the matter is adjourned to enable her to take necessary instruction.
