JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for leave to prefer appeal against the order of acquittal passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.151 of 2008; whereby, all accused have been acquitted for the offence under Sections 306, 498(A) and 114 of IPC.
Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted and therefore, granted. Application is disposed of accordingly.
