(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application is for leave to prefer appeal against the judgement and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, whereby the respondents have been acquitted for the charged offences under Section 498A read with Section 302 of IPC. The appeal against the order of conviction, being Criminal Appeal No.1064 of 2011, has been preferred by one of the co--accused and the same has been admitted.
Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Therefore, granted. The application is disposed of accordingly.
