It appears from the cause list that notice is not received back for respondent No. 2. However, the record indicates that respondent No. 2 has died during the pendency of trial and the case against him has abated. In view of this , the Registry is directed to make correction in the cause list with regard to respondent No. 2. On the request by learned advocate Mr. Buddhbhatti for the respondent, S.O. 27.7.2012.
