B. Punani, learned APP submits that the State has not not file any appeal against the judgment and order dated 30.05.2012 passed by learned 5th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Banaskantha at Palanpur in Sessions Case No.62 of 2011.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, Record and Proceedings is required to be called for. Therefore, the office is directed call for Record and Proceedings from the trial Court, so as to reach to this Court on or before 28th August 2012.
