1. Heard Mr. Rakesh Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the applicants and Mr. K.B.Pujara, learned Counsel for the opponent-original petitioner.
2. By way of this application, the applicant-original respondents have prayed for extension of time for a period of three weeks to comply with the order dated 13.10.2010 passed by this Court (Coram : Mr.Justice Ravi R. Tripathi). The present Civil Application has become infructuous as the time which is sought for by this application is already over.
3. In view of the above the application does not survive, the same is dismissed as it has become infructuous.
