Heard learned AGP and party-in-person, respondent.
Prima facie in absence of illegality in dismissal of suit on the ground of jurisdiction about the subject matter of the suit pertaining to the appointment of the plaintiff on the post of Principal direction issued by the learned Additional District Judge, Ahmedabad Rural, Mirzapur, pursuant to the order dated 29.2.2012 to the petitioner-defendant, State of Gujarat to produce relevant record is ex-facie illegal and hence the matter deserves consideration.

Matter is fixed for hearing on 30.10.2012.
