1. This Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) vide order dated 26.03.2012 was pleased to admit the matter and grant ad-interim relief qua back wages on condition that the respondent-workman shall be reinstated in service within a period of three weeks from the date of the said order.
2. Though served, no one appears for the respondents.
3. Ms.Shruti Pathak, learned A.G.P. tenders on record copy of the communication dated 02.05.2012 addressed by the Deputy Executive Engineer, Shetrunji Canal, Sub-Division, Talaja informing the learned Government Pleader that as per order dated 26.03.2012, the respondent-workman has been reinstated. The photocopy of the report whereby, the respondent-workman reported to the services is also annexed with the aforesaid communication dated 02.05.2012. The said communication is taken on record.
4. Considering the fact that the condition of the order dated 26.03.2012 stands complied with, ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue as interim relief till final disposal of this petition.
