1. RULE.
Shri Shakti Jadeja, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent.
2. The present application has been preferred by the applicants-original appellants for an appropriate interim order to stay further implementation and operation of the judgment and order passed by both the Courts below.
3. Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and so as to see that the Second Appeal does not become infructuous and third party rights are not created, parties are directed to maintain status-quo with respect to the disputed land in question.
4. With this, the present application is allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. No cost.
