(Per : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT S. SHAH) These applications are for interim stay of the execution of the awards passed by the Reference Court.
Since the First Appeals themselves are pending since 1998 and orders of conditional stay upon deposit of the decreetal amounts were passed on 11th August, 2008, we see no purpose in keeping these applications pending.
The applications are, accordingly, disposed of without prejudice to the applicants' claim for disbursement/investment of the amounts deposited by the appellants.
Civil Applications, accordingly, stand disposed of.
