Application No.1123 of 2012 under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 enlarging the accused on bail against whom offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code vide C.R.No.71 of 2012 with Pandesara Police Station, District: Surat.
Having learned APP and on perusal of the record of the case, no interference is called for in view of law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Sanjay Chandra vs. CBI [2012 (1) SCC 40].
The application is rejected.
