(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred for leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.5 of 2010; whereby, the accused have been acquitted for the offence under Sections 332, 333, 323, 337, 504, 506(2), 325, 114, 427, 185 of Indian Penal Code read with Sections 161-162 of Gram Panchayat Act read with Section 135 of Bombay Police Act.
Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Therefore, granted. Application disposed of accordingly.
