At the request of learned AGP, Ms.Reeta Chandarana, the matter is adjourned for two weeks, as it is pointed out that respondent No.7 in this civil application, who is, by mistake, described as respondent No.6, has died and the State is required to take action to bring heirs of said respondent on record.
