State vs Deputy

Heard Mr.Pranav S.Dave, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the petitioner - State of Gujarat. It is submitted by him that the Collector has interfered after 18 years with the order of the Mamlatdar and the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal has also wrongly upheld the order of the Collector in spite of the fact that the tenant had made a statement before the Mamlatdar that he was not tilling the land and was not willing to purchase the same.
