(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) This application is made for vacating ex parte interim relief granted in pending Civil Application No.13610 of 2012 on 26.12.2011. It was seen from the order dated 26.12.2011 itself that rule was issued therein with notice as to interim relief returnable on 24.1.2012. Therefore, issue of vacating, modifying or confirming interim relief was expressly kept open in the civil application which is still pending. Therefore, the present application is disposed of as unnecessary and the original Civil Application No.13610 of 2011 as well as Letters Patent Appeal No.1968 of 2011 are ordered to be listed for hearing on 4.5.2012.
