State vs Bhagvatiben

Earlier when this matter was listed on 18.1.2011 and 25.1.2011, learned advocate for the respondent was not present and the Court was required to adjourn the matter in the interest of justice. Today also when the matter is taken up for hearing, in third call also, learned advocate for the respondent has not remained present. Therefore, the Court has heard the arguments of the learned A.G.P. Mr. Rahul Dave for the the petitioner and the matter is kept for order on 16th June, 2012.
