By way of ad-interim relief, it is directed that the implementation, execution and operation of the communication dated 24.08.2012 (Annexure-F), whereby the Manager of the petitioner Bank has been declared as a deemed defaulter as well as the Show Cause Notice dated 24.08.2012 (Annexure-H), asking the petitioner to show cause as to why a warrant of arrest should not be issued against its Manager, shall remain stayed till then.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service, today, is also permitted.
