1. The present application is for leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.34 of 2006, whereby the certain accused have been acquitted by the learned Sessions Judge.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, leave deserves to be granted. Therefore, granted. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
