(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Now that learned Senior Advocate Mr.Prakash Jani is appointed as Government Pleader /Public Prosecutor in the High Court of Gujarat, the respondent will have to engage another Advocate.

Learned Advocate Mr.Y.M.Thakore states that though they have written a letter to the respondent, he has not received any instructions from the respondent.

FRESH NOTICE be issued, intimating the accused to remain present before this Court on 27.03.2012.

Direct service is permitted.
