JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) On 20.12.2011, Office was directed to issue fresh notice to respondent No.1 returnable today, i.e. 19.01.2012. The remark shows that the notice is yet not received back.
Taking into consideration the fact that the matter is of 1989, Registry is directed to issue fresh NOTICE returnable on 30.01.2012.
Learned APP to ensure that direct service is effected as early as possible.
A copy of this order be made available to learned APP for its onward communication for compliance.
