(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned Advocate Mr.P.B.Khandheria states that he has received instructions to appear for respondent No.3-Mulu Arjan Aher and respondent No.11-Raighan Lakha Aher. He further states that he is awaiting instructions and vakalatnama from other respondents. He prays for some time.
At his request, the matter is adjourned to 02.03.2012.
It is made clear that in the event, accused those who are served of order dated 13.02.2012 fail to appear before the Court, the Court will have to issue non-bailable warrant against them.
Learned APP has tendered affidavit of service of process of Court, according to which respondent Nos.1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 12 are served, of which respondent Nos.3 and 11, as aforesaid, have given instructions to learned Advocate.
