1. Heard learned A.G.A. for revisionist-State and perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 26.06.1989 passed by 14th Additional Sessions Judge, Moradabad in Sessions Trial No. 806 of 1988, whereby it has discharged accused-respondent from the offences under Section 436 I.P.C.
3. Despite repeated query, learned A.G.A. appearing for revisionist could not point out any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in this criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
