Order (Oral) Smt. Sangeeta Chandra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that in all the matters involving State Government Policy, learned Advocate General vide his order dated 20.03.2012 is to be informed for representation on behalf of State. However, as for the past one week such important matters said to be involving Government policy have not proceeded any further in the absence of Advocate General / Additional Advocate General, let a direction issue to the Chief Secretary, Government of U.P. to ensure effective appearance on behalf of State from next week, failing which, the Court may be constrained to summon Principal Secretaries concerned for assistance to Court.
List this matter on 28.03.2012.
