Heard learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the accused respondents.
This application for releasing the accused respondents on bail has been moved by way of recalling the order dated 12.02.2014 passed by this court by which the non-bailable-warrants were issued against the accused respondents.
Considering the submission made by the counsel for the accused respondents that he is ready to argue the appeal, it is directed that the accused respondents may be released on bail on furnishing personal bonds and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Jhansi on undertaking that whenever their presence is required, they shall appear before the court concerned.
The execution of the order dated 12.02.2014 have been taken place. In such circumstances, the order dated 12.02.2014 may not be recalled.
List on 2.4.2014 for final hearing.
