This application under section 5 of Indian Limitation Act has been filed with a prayer to condone the delay in filing the appeal against the judgment and order dated 21.07.2007 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/ Fast Tact Court No. 2, Varanasi in S.T. No. 248/2005. This appeal has been filed beyond the period of Limitation by 13 days. Sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay in filing the appeal, therefore, the delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Office is directed to allot the regular number to this appeal. Accordingly this application is allowed.
