Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Arora,J.
It has been informed at the Bar that Shri R.C. Bajpai, learned counsel, who was appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.1, has left for heavenly abode.
From perusal of record, it reflects that notice has not been issued to the opposite party no.1 for making an alternative arrangement.
Accordingly, Registry is directed to send a Card Notice to the opposite party no.1 to engage another counsel.
List this case in the month of July, 2012.
Since the matter pertains to the year 1994, both the parties are directed to come prepare with the case for final disposal.
