This writ petition is pending since 1997. No interim order has been passed in this case. This writ petition has been filed for quashing the orders dated 20-11-95 and 4-02-97. Counsel for both the parties are present, but they are not aware as to whether the suit is pending in the trial court has been disposed of or still pending.
