Learned counsel for the State is present. None is present for the respondents.
Salim Alias Paggal was released on bail by the C.J.M. concerned on the undertaking that he will appear before this court on due date but he is not present before this court, so non-bailable warrant be issued against him through C.J.M. concerned; that if he is produced or appeared before the C.J.M. concerned in pursuance of the non-bailable warrant he shall be released on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. concerned with the direction to appear before this court on the date fixed.
As regards the respondent no.2 Anis Alias Neta is concerned, there is the report of the C.J.M. concerned to the effect that this accused is detained in district jail, Meerut in Case Crime No. 237 of 2015, under section- 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 452 and 120-B, P.S. Brahmapuri, Meerut. So notice be sent to this accused-respondent through Jail Superintendent to file his bail bonds to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. concerned in this appeal. For that purpose Jail Superintendent is directed to produce this accused-respondent Anis alias Neta before the C.J.M. concerned on the date intimated to him by this accused-respondent. This accused-respondent Anis alias Neta is directed to engage his counsel for doing pairavi of this appeal. If he cannot engage any counsel, in that case, he will intimate this court accordingly so that Amicus Curiae be appointed on his behalf for doing the pairavi of this case.
