This application under section 5 of Indian Limitation Act has been filed with a prayer to condone the delay in filing the appeal against the judgment and order dated 9.10.2013 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1 Basti in S.T. No. 126/2013.

Issue notice to the accused respondent through C.J.M., Basti returnable within a period of six weeks from toay to explain as to why the delay in filing the appeal may not be condoned.
