In the present case, lower court's record has not been received, whereas it was summoned vide order dated 25.04.2011, thereafter the orders were passed for sending the reminder to District Judge, Mirzapur to send the lower court's record but in-spite of issuing the reminders, the lower court's record has not been sent.
Office is directed to issue a reminder to District Judge, Mirzapur for sending the lower court's record through Special Massager within four weeks from today. In default, the Officer In-charge of lower court's record of Sessions Court, Mirzapur shall appear in person to explain as to why the lower court's record has not been sent to this court.
