Vide order dated 26.11.2013 notices were directed to be issued.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the steps have been taken on 4th December, 2013 but none has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.2 nor there is any report of the office with regard to service.
Office to furnish report with regard to service of notice upon respondent no.2.
List the matter after two weeks.
Interim order, if in operation, to continue till the next date of listing.
