JUDGMENT / ORDER

Perused the office report dated 19.3.2012.
From perusal of the said report it transpires that the notices were issued to the respondents no. 3 to 4 by R. P.A.D. but neither any undelivered cover nor acknowledgment has been received back from the respondents as yet.
In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps to serve the respondents within one week.
List immediately after service of notice upon the respondents.
