Hon'ble Ritu Raj Awasthi,J.
Sri A.G. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent says that the respondent has already filed a contempt under Article 215 of the Constitution and that has been dismissed. Let an affidavit be filed by the respondent in this regard. List this matter after two weeks.
In the meantime, objection to the application for condonation of delay may also be filed by the respondent, as prayed.
