JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the judgment of the learned Single Judge in Udai Pal Singh's case was reversed by the Division Bench. The Tribunal erred in law in relying upon the judgment of learned Single Judge in allowing the writ petition and quashing the censure entry. The review petition on the ground that the judgment has been reversed has been rejected.
