Heard learned A.G.A. and Sri Satyendra Kumar Maurya files memo of appearance on behalf of accused respondent.
It is submitted by Sri Satyendra Kumar Maurya, learned counsel counsel for the accused respondents that both the accused respondents have appeared before the court of learned C.J.M. Sitapur and they have furnished their bail bonds.
In such a circumstance the compliance of the order dated 4.8.2014 has been received from C.J.M. Sitapur which shows that the accused respondents have appeared before the court of learned C.J.M. and after furnishing the bail bonds, they have been released on bail, they are present in the court. they have been identified by their counsel, their personal appearance is dispensed with till otherwise is not directed.

Office is directed to proceed further for the purpose of hearing of this appeal.
