JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ritu Raj Awasthi,J.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that because of the pendency of the appeal, the appellant/State has not complied with the order passed by the Writ Court, despite the fact that there is no interim order in the special appeal.
This can not be an apparent ground for not complying with the order, since there is no interim order, there is no urgency for early listing the matter out of turn, therefore, the application is rejected.
List the matter on its turn.
