JUDGMENT / ORDER

Order on Delay Condonation Application This application has been filed for condoning the delay in filing the appeal.
According to the Stamp Reporter, appeal is barred by limitation by 95 days.
Various reasons, which prevented the applicants from filing the special appeal within time have been enumerated in the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application, same constitute sufficient cause for condoning the delay in filing the appeal.
Application stands allowed.
Order on Memo of Special Appeal Admit.
As respondents have already been represented by their respective counsels, there is no necessity of issuing notices to them. Order on Stay Application Mr. Suresh Singh, Additional Chief Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellants prays for interim relief. We are not inclined to grant interim relief.
