Heard learned counsel for the appellants and perused the record. This special appeal has been filed against the interim order dated 04.03.1997 passed by learned Single Judge.
It is not known to the appellants as to whether the petition has been disposed of or is still pending. Apart from this, special appeal does not lie against the interlocutory order unless the same decides any controversy or issue. No interference can be made by this Court after such a belated stage. Special appeal is dismissed.
