JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Abhai Kumar, J.
From the order of the trial court granting temporary injunction, it is apparent that plaintiff was permitted to collect toll tax till the decision of the suit or till 30.01.2016, whichever is earlier.
Counsel for the State of U.P. stated that the date 30.01.2016 has already expired, therefore the temporary injunction does not survive further.
It is stated that appeal has become infructuous and the order impugned has has lost its life by passage of time.
The appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
