In spite of repeated opportunities being given to learned AGA to file an affidavit in support of the delay condonation application, no affidavit has been filed till date.
On 29.8.2018, a specific order was passed granting three weeks' and no more time to the learned AGA to comply with the order dated 9.1.2018, however, till date the said order has not been complied with and no affidavit has been filed in support of the delay condonation application.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Court has been left with no option but to dismiss the leave application.
Accordingly, leave to appeal is refused and the application is rejected. Consequently, the appeal also stands dismissed.
