Heard learned A.G.A. Sri Ravi Kant Kushwaha and perused the record.
Vide order dated 12.10.2018, bailable warrant was issued against the accused-respondent namely Tahir Ali. In compliance of the aforesaid order, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagpath has submitted his report dated 06.07.2019 mentioning therein that the sole respondent namely Tahir Ali has died on 14.11.2017.
In view of above, as the sole respondent has died, the appeal is abated.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
