1. Heard learned A.G.A. None appeared on behalf of accused- respondents though the case is called in revise.
2. This is an application seeking cancellation of bail granted by this Court vide order dated 21.09.2010 passed in Bail Application No. 26746 of 2009 to accused-Sunil in Case Crime No. 483 of 2009, under Sections 376 and 452 IPC, Police Station Titavi, District Muzaffarnagar.
3. This Court required learned A.G.A. to find out as to what material has not been considered by Court which justifies cancellation of bail granted to accused-Sunil, but no such material could be shown, hence, I do not find any good ground to cancel the bail.
4. Application is accordingly rejected.
