As per report of C.J.M., Hamirpur dated 20/27.8.2015, the sole accused-respondent Shiv Ratan has died.
In view of enclosures to the above report and statements of Member of Ward as well as Sub Inspector, I am satisfied with the report of C.J.M., Hamirpur.
Since the sole accused-respondent Shiv Ratan has died, the appeal as against sole respondent Shiv Ratan stands abated and is liable to be decided accordingly.
The appeal is disposed off accordingly.
