Office has reported that the valuation of this appeal is below Rs. 2,00,000/-.
In view of the decision taken by the State Government as per Government Order No. सस0-1368/ससत-न्यसय-1-16-75/2010 dated 13.10.2016, this appeal is dismissed for the reason that the valuation of the appeal is below the monetary limit of Rs. 2,00,000/- fixed by the State Government. However, dismissal of this appeal shall not come in the way of the State Government to contest appeal of higher valuation as provided in the aforesaid Government Order dated 13.10.2016. Liberty is also granted to the State Government to file a recall application for recall of this order of dismissal of appeal on the ground of lesser valuation, in case any technical objection is raised by other claimants for dismissal of some other appeal of higher valuation filed by the State Government and arising from the same acquisition.
The Registrar (Compliance) of this Court is directed to communicate this order to the District Judge- Bulandshahr within 24 hours.
