1. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing this appeal.
2. Heard.
3. Delay in filing this appeal is explained satisfactorily. It is hereby condoned. The application is accordingly allowed.
4. Let this appeal be registered with regular number and old number shall also continue to be shown in bracket for finding out details of case, whenever required by parties with reference to either of two number.

1. Learned Single Judge has passed the judgment on 26.04.2012 in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 20451 of 2012 (Ramdhan Sharma vs. State of U.P. and others) following earlier judgment dated 06.09.2006 passed in Writ Petition No. 75745 of 2006 (Smt. Shanti Solanki vs. State of U.P. & Ors.), wherein this Court has struck down the part of Government Order dated 26.07.2001, whereby cut off date has been fixed.
2. Learned counsel for respondents states that the aforesaid judgment has attained finality and that be so we find no fault in the judgment in question.
3. In view of above, we do not find any reason to interfere in the aforesaid judgment. Appeal, therefore, lacks merit and is dismissed accordingly.
4. No order as to costs.
